About fiancee visa?

my boyfriend will file a fiancee visa for me after my graduation if my fiancee visa will be approve i can come to the U.S. and visit him and we planned also to get marry there during my visit, when he asked me whats my plan, i told him that i want to marry him in the U.S. and after our marriage i wan't to come back to the philippines to take my local board exam and finish those unfinish business, is it possible to comeback to the philippines right away after our marriage and how many years is required for me to come back to the U.S. if ever i will be allowed to comeback to the philippines right away?

after your marriage yes you may return to the Philippines,but not right away,

are you intended to be away for years from the US after your wedding? in order to qualify for  residency in the US  as a spouse ?you must be present in the US.

no, that is not possible, you will have to show some residency in the US and not leave the US right after your wedding

if you stayed away for years, your marriage would not be considered valid in the eyes of USCIS

and how will you fill out the paper work that will follow?

you will also need to obtain leave from the US before departure to be able to enter the US again........

You don't give the nationality of your boyfriend.  But assuming he is a US citizen you will have something like 60 days to get married AND assuming the marriage is not considered a sham AND you have obtained all proper US documents then you can leave and return to the US as you please.  But I would expect that your leaving almost immediately without your new husband for an undeterminate amount of time would qualify as a sham marriage and you would not be allowed back without going through considerable difficulty to prove that it was not.  Why not complete your "...board exams..." and whatever are your "...unfinished business..." before applying for the fiancee visa?
