He is a baby still and cut his arm badly what should we do?

clean it, doctor it just like you would your childs arm. Just use one of those little bandaid you would use on a tiny cut.

Make sure the cut is completely clean, and put a little neosporin ointment on it to help it heal and in the meantime make sure the only substrate is paper towel to prevent anything getting into the cut. Regular cleaning with clean fresh water and careful application of the ointment should help it heal cleanly. If you see the flesh on either side drying up or turning black then a vet trip is needed as this is a sign of gangrene.
