About photos?

i shared some on yahoo messenger and deleted them off of my computer and they are not in the recycle bin so can i retrieve then back

They are probably gone, but I would try a system restore if you have XP.

nix the system restore, that would delete everything else from save point, which is separate from recent deletion, possibly through temp folder, cache folder, or yahoo messenger /sub folder cache, if not then undelete program would be needed, and correct directory of file would be required before hand,

if not , then they would be lost,

System restore would work good, also did you have a backup done?  If so restore it.
