About the para planner ?

i had one interview with insurance company , the job title is para planner but i never hear this name of job , i just know the finance planner, isn't the similar work ?

the important that do i need to meet sales target ?i really concern this point because i hate doing the sale too much ..

anyone do this job or know more this job ...please tell me ,thanks a lots.
