About the soccer practice!

hello

thank you for your interest.

I like to train when I feel like it and when my body feels ready.

but I'm also wondering about the other training method that I've thought of.

that is, train when I don't even feel like it, however I know if I start slow. like slowly jogging and slowly working my way up. I think I will be ready to train and I will be in the mood. at least I think I will be...not sure!

Which training option should I choose?

I need your experience!

  1. you should start easy  like jogging and some foot work to get faster,  what i do is run 10 10 yrds, 20 yrds, and 40 yrds, and do alot of the nike sparq foot work
