About this assignment..?

Question

Ok so i have this assignment where i have to do an experiment and the hypothesis i chose was "Do different brands of orange juice contain different levels of vitamin C?"

There is a question in the assignment that says "Write a detailed page that describes how you intend to investigate your chosen hypothesis, including the materials you will use. You should also include how and why you will replicate your work."

The only thing that i can think about to answer that question is saying i will buy 3 different brands of orange juice and read the labels to see how much vitamin C is in each. What else/other things can i write about?

You can also talk something about ingredients on the lable. whether there are added sugars, aritificial flavours etc. the one with the most amount of vitamin C probably doesnt have artificial flavours and added sugars. also check whats listed first on the ingredient list. the first few ingredients listed are present in large amounts in a product. you can also compare their prices. the one that has the most vitamin c may be more expensive.

That's not a science experiment.  That's basic background research.  An experiment involves you actually testing something.  Either figure out how to measure the amount of vitamin C in the orange juice yourself, or pick another experiment - this time one that's actually an experiment.
