About wisdom tooth? ?

I have 2 wisdom teeth that my dentist recommended to remove except they didn't grow out yet so i think they are underneath my gums except they seem to be growing slanted not straight up according to x rays.

It is very expensive to pull them out because insurance don't cover it.

so what would happen it i don't pull it out? or will it even grow out since it's slanted?

When your wisdom teeth are growing slanted, it is called an impaction.  The ideal time to remove them is before the roots of these wisdom teeth have fully developed.  After full development of the roots, extraction of these teeth are more difficult.  They will not erupt normally into the mouth due to the horizontal position.  If it moves, it will push onto the 2nd molars and can cause pain, infection, or loss of the 2nd molar.  Contrary to popular belief, failure to remove wisdom teeth will not cause other teeth to shift forward or cause crowding.  The forward shifting of teeth occur naturally over time, with or without the presence of wisdom teeth.  

Since your teeth are not visible in the mouth, you will require a surgical extraction, where they expose the tooth and then remove it.  I would talk to your doctor about your financial situation and see if he can set up a payment plan.

It could push your teeth forward. Also, you stand a chance at getting tooth pain in the future.

I didn't have insurance, but worked out a payment plan with a local oral surgeon. I'm glad I did. I never had such pain in my life as a tooth that hurt! See if the local oral surgeon can work something out with you.
