Accutek Mod. NAJ-0611PX Stop Working

Question

I had an Accutek fan before for quite a while. The axle began ceasing up and then stopped working. I assumed the it ceased up while blowing in the night and burn up the motor. I then went a bought a new fan. Same Accutek but model NAJ-0611PX thinking that it would serve as long as the other. I turned it off this morning. When I came home and turned it on. I didnt even budge. No sound no nothing. The fan just stop working. Tried a couple of other sockets and nothing. What could have cause this. The room is dry so I couldnt say it got wet. Can anyone help me out.
