Acer laptop wireless profile

Hi,
I am having trouble saving my profile for my wireless internet so everytime I switch my laptop I have to search for my profile and sometimes cannot find it. I have other laptops in my home and they have no trouble so I know its not the wireless router, however my laptop is brand new can you help me please.
