Acne Question, Help!?

Question

I get a little acne on my right cheek sometimes and I can pretty much get it to go awy excpet these little red spots that look like acne but when u touch them they dont stick in or out and they are smooth, pretty much discolored skin. What are these and do they go away?

i have that too, use murad acne complex..it helps a lot. it treeats your acne and skin.

i have that too and i cant get it to go away so i use clean and clear skin try it it helps alot and it may occur  like in 3 days to 1 week and keep washing your face too and i promise you it will help big time

I used tot have those. I went to a medical spa and got a series of chemical peels. Now they are completely gone and my skin looks radiant and it glows. It's expensive, but worth it!
