is there a website or newspaper or even anything that posts up acting jobs on t.v. or movie productions. . .please reply if you know.

If you're based in the UK, the best casting newspapers to sign up with are PCR Newsletter, which is a weekly newsletter telling you what theatre/television/film projects are in development and who to contact to audition. Another casting newspaper is 'The Stage', which lists auditions at the back of the newspaper, although is better for Musical Theatre performers rather than 'straight' actors.  Casting Call Pro is a popular website used for actors, and you can have an online CV and browse current castings. It's also useful to own a copy of 'contacts', which lists all UK casting directors.

I you live in America, it's worth signing up to IMDB Pro so you can view new film and television projects and then write to whoever the casting director/director/producers are.
