I don't really like talking to people on the phone, even if it's to my family or people I know really well. The other day I had to call my mum from my friends house to pick me up, and I was really stressing about it, even though now I know it's not a big deal (though next time I'll probably do the same thing)
I don't mind texting people. But on MSN I only like talking to these 2 people, even though I have other contacts I'm better friends with than them. When someone starts a convo on there with me I get really nervous, even if it's with a long-time friend.
I don't really mind what people think about me. I mean, if I'm doing something that I would normally do and that I like and someone comments negatively about it, then I don't really care. But when I make a mistake, even a tiny one (like pronouncing someones name wrong) I obsess about it for a long time and can't get it off my mind and blow it way out of proportion.
I'm sure I'm doing similar things to those as well.
Basically, how can I be more 'normal' about things like that?
