tomorrow I have to teach the

assighment which is about pronouns.

does anyone have any fun

activities i can have them do?

i want it to be super fun, so be creative:]

  1. Wow, that's a tough one for preschool.  Have you considered using nursery rhymes that have pronouns featured?

    Old King Cole (HE called for HIS pipe, HE called for HIS...)

    This Old Man (HE played one... on HIS thumb)

    I Know an Old Woman Who Swallowed a Fly (I don't know why SHE swallowed... SHE swallowed the fly to catch the...)

    Another idea is actually from the movie "Dave."  The President's wife goes to an urban school and plays a game where she shows pictures of faces missing one item and says: "This is Anne, she has no nose."  Then the children say, "Poor Anne, she has no nose."  (for example).  Then they continue with another picture missing another feature.  That would be good, and to extend it you could even say "Where is HER nose?" to get the companion pronoun in there.
