Acura Integra parts and repair.?

I am a 16 year old getting ready to buy my first car. My dad says i should stick to something like a honda because they are reliable and the parts are not expensive. I have been looking into an Acura Integra which is technically a Honda. I just wanted to know what parts can be replaced easily by cheap civic or accord parts, such as transmission.

Just by looking them up at www.autozone.com the honda civic is the cheapest on parts, so i would get that one.
