  1. Why did God create Satan if he didn't?  In fact, what was God doing, he clearly doesn't know anything about making universes.

  2. Because they wouldn't have been able to procreate, and He CLEARLY knew in advance that Adam & Eve weren't going to be in the garden for long.

Now why did God allow people to be born preferring their same gender if He didn't expect them to form permanent relationships with each other?

  3. Because god is dumb as a brick

  4. According to Genesis, god created Adam and Bessie. He forgot to make a female human, so must have expected Adam to have his pick of the animal kingdom...

  5. ADAM AND EVE DIDNT LITERALLY EXIST

and there is nothing wrong with g*y marriages.   they are people too, right?

  6. g*y marriage came from human beings, not from God. God did not intend for human beings to have the same gender in marriage; male and female makes a marriage. God instituted marriage, therefore, the institution of marriage is Holy, and blessed.  Perversion ( homosexuality ) of marriage came from Sin in man. Sin will not be Blessed by God. God turns His back on sin.

  7. Because Genesis is a pile of rubbish.

  8. Are you one of those people who believe that you wife was created from your rib?

    Don't be a doofus.

  12. God doesn't want a man to be joined with a man nor a woman to be join with a woman in holy matrimony...Thats sick !!!

  13. That man was made last of all the creatures, that it might not be suspected that he had been, any way, a helper to God in the creation of the world: that question must be for ever humbling and mortifying to him, Where wast thou, or any of thy kind, when I laid the foundations of the earth? Job_38:4. Yet it was both an honour and a favour to him that he was made last: an honour, for the method of the creation was to advance from that which was less perfect to that which was more so; and a favour, for it was not fit he should be lodged in the palace designed for him till it was completely fitted up and furnished for his reception. Man, as soon as he was made, had the whole visible creation before him, both to contemplate and to take the comfort of. Man was made the same day that the beasts were, because his body was made of the same earth with theirs; and, while he is in the body, he inhabits the same earth with them. God forbid that by indulging the body and the desires of it we should make ourselves like the beasts that perish!

That man's creation was a more signal and immediate act of divine wisdom and power than that of the other creatures. The narrative of it is introduced with something of solemnity, and a manifest distinction from the rest. Hitherto, it had been said, “Let there be light,” and “Let there be a firmament,” and “Let the earth, or waters, bring forth” such a thing; but now the word of command is turned into a word of consultation, “Let us make man, for whose sake the rest of the creatures were made: this is a work we must take into our own hands.” In the former he speaks as one having authority, in this as one having affection; for his delights were with the sons of men, Pro_8:31. It should seem as if this were the work which he longed to be at; as if he had said, “Having at last settled the preliminaries, let us now apply ourselves to the business, Let us make man.” Man was to be a creature different from all that had been hitherto made. Flesh and spirit, heaven and earth, must be put together in him, and he must be allied to both worlds. And therefore God himself not only undertakes to make him, but is pleased so to express himself as if he called a council to consider of the making of him: Let us make man. The three persons of the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, consult about it and concur in it, because man, when he was made, was to be dedicated and devoted to Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Into that great name we are, with good reason, baptized, for to that great name we owe our being. Let him rule man who said, Let us make man.

  14. i'm a christian saying let people love whomever they choose to love

Oh, that's right, because it's *fiction*.

  16. Because Adam and Eve are just another creation myth, and one that doesn't even make sense at that.  This is why you can't let Evangelicals write laws.

  17. Because "god" didn't create anyone.

  18. because biologically, then the human race would have never gotten passed 2 people.

  21. Gave u a star!  Very good question. Too bad those of the world don't like being reminded of this. Evolution, even tho i only agree with micro evolution, also tends to throw the reasoning, of g*y-ness being hereditary, out. There can be NO propagation of species without male and female. When a g*y male couple or a g*y female couple can produce offspring, without medical influence of any kind, then I may change my mind that God intended some people to be g*y.

  22. Because He wanted them to be fruitful and multiply.

And for the sick ones out there, Adam and Eve were created with all the genetic possibilities to reproduce children who would not have genetic problems found today if close family members were to reproduce.

  28. *bing!*

I have seen the error of my ways!  Thank you for again pointing out that the Bible can so easily be nitpicked to prove a ridiculous point!  And here I thought it was the ultimate truth and was to be taken as literal in its entirety!  Silly me!
