Adderall highs?

Question

Is there any other type of pill or medicine that will make you very hyper like adderall...like makes you happy? or excited for a long period of time or just AWAKE at school is there any medicine perscribed to get you kinda high off of?

Vyvanse, which is the same thing as Adderall pretty much, only it's extended release.  

Concerta and Ritalin are also stimulants, but not nearly as strong as Adderall.
