well it depends on your age and are you single ????? and it changes with age also if you are single it is harder than if you are married! but pray and ask God for help and strength he is a good God and he will help you it also depends on that time of the month your cycle will effect your urges a lot some times you won't be having a problem other times it will be hard!

You must learn to get control of your urges. Don't' let them control you. Be your own person in yourself. There is the cold bath and exercise helps as will. But only you can find what will help you the best. Read the Bible that will always help you when you think the urges will win.

When getting control it takes time and mediation. do your best.
