im addective using the computer what can i do to stop?

Do something REALLY frustrating! Like learning to type on a program that make you start all over if you make ONE mistake, I did that and now I hardly use the computer, I dont really know why it works but I got my friends to do it and they said it works... =D?

Yes computers are very time consuming.

Well you get addicted because you go on it and you never want to get off.

Dont go on it in the first place.

I do this by not going near the room where the computer is and/or not playing/using comp for few days after a while you dont seem to bother about it anymore

i know that if i deleted my myspace and msn i wouldnt be on the computer as much

erm try to limit youself to a certain amout of time on the computer

and maybe try to organise things out with your friends to stop you being stuck at home and ending up on the computer

Yeah learn to spell. Step aside your computer for awhile then it should stop you getting addicted.
