What's the actual question? re-post or edit and I'll try and answer. You have to have either completed a medication handling course, then you'd be able to administer CERTAIN (not all) medication or like myself be a qualified Nurse.

1 do you have a nvq 2 or 3 in health and social care

2 have you done any training in administrating medicine

3 have you completed a competency test where you work

if the answer to these questions is no then do not give out meds
