Admission in US for fall 08?

Question

guys.. help me here with the fall admin for '08.. i mean i heard that if there gonna giv out the admin offers that'll happen in feb only.. and if they're late, it means that u're rejected.. the rejection letter follows in March?... can someone verify this..?
