Advice about our ford mondeo st200?

Question

We have a ford mondeo ST200, but the radiator had been losing water and over heating, which we topped up. We also think that the exhaust manifold is broke to as its really loud. And when we went out in the car on Friday it started smoking when we checked the oil it was low, so we topped it up, we drove the car home very slow,but we had to keep stopping to top the oil up.

Can anyone tell us what is wrong with the car and how much it would cost to repair it

Sounds like the head gasket to me

I answered this for you earlier today - sorry, this isn't going to get any cheaper, no matter how many times you ask.

Head gasket could cause coolant to leak into a cylinder and be vaporised. The oil could be being burnt in the same manner, I suspect.

In any case, I would not drive it until repaired.
