  1. if u are already lean and tight then u just have to bring it out more and work the abs more..

but if u gained fat, u need to burn the fat off to see them, and u need eat less carbs

abs are made in the kitchen

  2. In order to get the six pack abs you desire you need to reduce your body fat. This cannot be done by exercise alone, you also need to watch what you eat. In fact, I would say that it's far more important to adhere to a good diet than to exercise your abs, because you will only see those six pack abs when you lose that stubborn layer of flab which sticks to your belly.

Here are 4 nutritional tips which can get you on the fast track to those six pack abs:

  3. Abs are made in the kitchen. Crunches and situps having nothing to do with your gut unless your overall body fat is already low. Sorry.

  4. well I don't know about fast but along with the sit ups, do some jumping jacks, push-ups (get the perfect pushups if possible), and some dumbells techniques.

also to supplement take some Whey Protein and Creatine.

  5. Well, unfortunately, there aren't too many fast things that leave lasting results. Most people fall into the rut of using the same routine over and over again. You might want to shake up what you do, you kind find hundreds of ab exercises out there. Try checking out bodybuilding.com for some great stuff.

I also suggest you get out and run. I don't know what your current BMI is but in many cases those abs can just be hidden under some stubborn belly fat that won't go away. To tell you the truth, most people have abs but they also have a large layer of fat covering them up.

Don't just work on the abs, try working the rest of your body too and I'm sure you'll find the results you are looking for. I have to say sorry, but it's not going to happen overnight.

  6. 1. Captain's chair --3 sets of 15 leg lifts

    2. Long arm crunches (these work way better than regular crunches

    3. Kick boxing --1 hour 3 times a week

If you are overweight, of course, diet.

  7. Maybe you can hang upside down from a bar and tried to do sit up from there.
