I am needing to use a humidifier a lot lately during the nights, but am curious to know if all of them require filters? Is that how they all work? I am just finding that the filters seem to need replacing quite a bit, and was looking to see if there was a more cost effective one out there. My youngest gets bloody noses during the night, which is why I have been using it. But now I am noticing that my oldest daughter in the same room has been sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes when she goes to bed at night. Is that maybe because it isn't getting appropriate cleaning? How do you clean a humidifier?
