my best friend, if he passes his physical, is joining the marines. he wants to be in the mechanics field, and he leaves september 1st. I've been like, in love with him for 3 years. Right now I'm not crazy about him, but I dont think im over him, either. But even so, he's the best guy friend i could ask for, and he calls me his best friend ALL the time, we are wicked close. now, if he's in the mechanics field, does that mean he won't be fighting? my parent's friend started off in the mechanics field, and now he's in Iraq. he joined years ago. if there's anyone that could give me information on this subject it would be greatly appreciated=]

  1. Your best friend is a very brave person and I wish him luck as he fights for our country.  I know it will be difficult for you to see him leave and that you will worry, but I hope that you can be supportive of him so that he can concentrate on being safe.
