Afraid of puppets?

Question

im uncomfortable of dolls like chucky and wooden puppets like the ones on goosebumps that theyll come alive and harm me

Im not afraid at looking at them its just if im trying to go to sleep i think theyll stare at me if im looking away kinda like in the movies ( i dont watch horror movies or shows its the commercials)

how can i be less afraid of the phobia?

I guess you could see a shrink. I used to be afraid of cats so I just spent more and more time with them and eventually I wasn't afraid of them anymore!!!!

  for me even watching the pictures in horror movies gives me total freak out so lets say.. im in my bed lights of and i see the doll that i have so what i imagen is that shes talking to me and she says this (its crazy i dont care) : hey dont be scared i was just acting thats all common they payed me im not gonna do anything to you!! its actually really funny you should seen all the makeup they put me to look scarry!!! soo yeah i become friends (lol) and i fall asleep! bye

Though I collect dolls as a hobby, Im so scared of those bald-headed baby dolls. They scared the s**t out of me, very freaky. Worst if they do have those crying sound. Yeesh...!
