what can you do the next day to not feel bloated and have it turn into fat?

  1. running will help the fat along with other exercises. and as for the bloating there are many over the counter products that will help with that.


  2. DONT FEEL GUILTY ABOUT IT AND WALK IT OFF.

  9. Get off the computer, get up and run until you can't any more and than walk until you can't any more and than rest.  You will have no strength or ability to get to the fridge to eat because your feet hurt too much and you will lose.
