After-bleach hair toner (in Australia) ?

Question

Can anyone recommend a good after-bleach (hair clour) toner that's available in Australia? I keep seeing posts online about products that seem available o/s but I can only ever find toning shampoos & conditioners, or those little sachets of no peroxide silver colour masks that don't do a thing when your hair is newly bleached and yellow!

So anyone know what the real thing is I should be using that's strong enough as step 2 in the process?

Schwarzkopf Live make a silver toner which takes all the yellow out of your hair, only lasts 8 washes but its the best I've found here. You can buy it at the supermarket and it only costs about $4.00. I have short hair, I mix the satchet of toner with some water and keep it in a plastic container, I apply it with a brush and 1 satchet will last about 3 - 4 applications.
Have just been in the States and bought a Wella Color Charm toner T18 which gave a great platinum shade but so far no joy in being able to buy it online and it only lasts about the same number of washes anyway
