triceps arent as sore as my shoulders, does this mean they are being worked out the same?

  1. its because your using poor form  and your working out your shoulders more than your triceps keep your elbows tight against your body and only move your fore-arm up and down  


  2. well your probably putting more focuse on your shoulders than your tri's . or your not really focusing on your tri's

  3. No, shoulders are used much more often in compound exercises so your shoulders may be sore because of the extra work they take on. Or it may be because the shoulders are weaker than your triceps in comparison so you feel sore in your shoulders more.
