Aftermarket Nav?

My dad is giving me his 2007 Lexus RX350. He does not have navigation and he has the standard stereo system. Is there a way to put in an aftermarket in-dash navigation system.

yeah its goin to cost you though. go to a reputable car audio shop(not best buy or circuit city) talk to them and tell them what you want a couple G's though

There are plenty of after market sat nav system.  Go to any reputable audio (car electronics) store and they will show you the options.
