I want to buy a 120 Pro Palette From Ebay. How can I use Paypal?? I have no checking account in the bank. But how does Paypal work? Will it get my private info? How fast do the transitions work?

Its instant and they wont get any private info. But how do you expect to use paypal if you dont have a checking account ? do you have a credit card of some sort?
