Aimersoft or ImTOO - Which is better?

I'm looking for the best DVD ripper and I was wondering which of these two should I use. I used DVD Shrink before, and while it was easy, I wasn't happy with the results.

btw, is it possible for a ripper to rip a DVD that is in region 2 when my computer plays region 1 only?
