Air Purification Unit Model ALP-615

Question

The fan and the LCD screen seem to be working fine. It is the Ozone feature that does not seem to be working... Don't hear that little sizzle type sound and the smell is not coming out... We did notice the word "water" on the screen which we have never noticed before. The unit is no where near any water... Can anyone give any suggestions? This unit is only 2 months old and had been working great!'
