Airport travel to butlins?

Hi ,im looking to do a weekend in butlins skegness and wondering which is best airport to fly to with easiest links to get to butlins ,the threads are saying east midlands but birmingham is coming up too .Which has easiest/shortest transfer options,i would also be interested on opinions for other butlins .Bognor /minehead .Which is easiest to get to .Thanks

hi! stansted or birmingham are good for skegness, but it would still be a good 2 1/2 hour bus trip from either of them. you could fly to southampton, and go to bognor. i used to live in bognor, and it's a great holiday destination. better beach than skegness,    

and not far for a daytrip to brighton. the easiest way to get to bognor would be train though. where you coming from?
