Airsoft stuff?

ok, hears the deal! I play airsoft and would like some tactical advise! (only answer you plays airsoft/paintball or are in the military)

OK so I've got a team of me plus 2 guys who follow my orders well... we use a SWAT style tactics... and were relay good honestly! but we get our asses kicked by one guy who just will not retreat no mater what! he is so fast and tenacious that first off he is in front of you one second then before you know whats happening hes on your flank or on your 6!we cant fall back cuz he just keeps coming at us!!! and its hard to use an ambush cuz 1 he sees to well 2 he has great hearing! the only thing that works remotely well is if only i alone (i am more stealthy than the rest of my team) stay about 100 ft behind him and take a pot shot at him when i get a clear shot! (but we play for 3 hits so that's not sufficient)

give me one one one tactics give me two on one and tactics for my hole team two!

Have two give uber fire while you flank him right or left. All those bb's coming he'll keep his head down and wont even see it coming.

The only thing he will think of is oh s**z i got to get out of here.

Second if he has really good hearing, have your tactics coded opposite of the real thing. ( go right=go left)

do like you said and ambush him. but mak like a triangle formation and quickly circle in. did that with my buds agianst 2 people and owned them. they were hard to beat to,
