Ajacio island ? where it is located?

I am not sure about the spelling of this lsland name. A friend told me about it when he advised me to find a good place to spend the rest of this summer in. Where is it? is it in France? If so, I need some general infos and photos.

It is a city on the South West side of the island of Corsica, which belongs to France. Corsica is between Sardegna & Sicily and one of the most beautiful islands (and best kept secrets) in the Mediterrainian Sea.

Ajaccio is in my country Corsica

It isnt the nicest city calvi is much smaller and there is a great discotheque called Acapulco check it out online
