Alexandria's Genesis?

Question

I'm an aspiring writer, and I'm writing a story about a girl with Alexandria's Genesis. If you have it or you know a lot about it, can you tell me about it? And I'm not interested in the 'It doesn't exist' or 'It totally exists'. I just wanna know more about it.

I also did some research, and found the same details... and every single one seems to trace right back to the same file on the legend... That's pretty much all the info there is. Oh, but apparently there aren't any known people who have it nowadays.
(But it just doesn't seem possible... especially about having little to no waste. The human body must get rid of waste, or else it will die...)
