Algerbra 2 help plz?

i don't understand what this question mean it says, "what value of x allows you to find y intercept" also says where these equation cross y axis and give answe in (0,_)

first problem is this y=3x+6

When x=0, that's the y intercept in the equation: y=3(0) +6, so the y intercept is (0,6)
