Zyrtec is generally considered to be compatible with breastfeeding. It is commonly used by nursing moms, although its levels in milk are not known. Zyrtec in the lactation risk catagory L2 (safer).

  2. I was told any tylenol product is safe. Try tylenol cold and sinus. Any time I have a question I call my son's pedi and ask what I can and can't use. They're normally very helpful. Best of luck!
