Alright, is my arm damaged?

Question

Well a few months ago I broke my left forearm (both bones) and I had to get surgery and have a plate and s***w put in. It is fully healed but today me and my friend were goofing off at my house and wrestling each other and I dunno but he must've banged my arm or something. Now it is rather sore and I can still use it but its just sore. Is it damaged in any way?
