I recently bought a Greyhound e-ticket, but for the wrong date.
It's non-refundable/changeable, so an option would to be another ticket... costing more money while the other one still goes to waste.
Does anyone know if they actually scan you're tickets/call in your confirmation numbers?
I know they take down your information for cross border travel, but is that it?
I feel iffy about doing this, but if they refuse to change the ticket... I feel like its the best option.
