Alternative Radio station?

what do u suggest the best alternative radio station is with like newer bands like the plain white t's, metro station, boys like girls, my chemichal romance and bands like thoughs... what is the best station

I would've said Kerrang Radio this time last year but ever since EMAP sold it, it's gone right down the pan. I'd then recommend XFM South Wales but again that was sold, XFM Scotland might be worth a listen. I find that XFM London seems to be on the same falling path that Kerrang has been on.
