Alternative Sidebar for Windows Vista?

Question

I have a computer with 2GB of memory and a 3GHZ Intel Pentium 4HT. Problem is though that when I run the sidebar in Windows Vista it makes my computer run slow (not super slow, but slow). I want an alternative that doesn't use as much resources as the regular Windows Sidebar. I tired the Thoosje sidebar and I end up getting an error when I try to run it.

Maybe you should free up some space on your computer. Maybe even get a new computer. 2GB of memory isn't much at all.
