what is the best and quickest route to alton towers from manchester?

use AA maps, I've always found them really useful...

They show you any speed cameras, traffic blackspots, estimated time, a map, distance, where petrol stations are and detailed directions.

Well, the best and quickest route, if you can afford it, would be in a straight line by helicopter! If not - use the more sensible answers above and go by car instead!

I'm sorry - I'm just jealous cos I ain't been to Alton Towers for years and now I wanna go!! :(
