  1. If it's every night, it means something. See a doctor.

If you mean that you only remember nightmares and never remember having normal dreams, it's due to A)nightmares tending to wake you up before the dream cycle ends and your brain discards it, and B)nightmares being more memorable.

  2. Talking to a professional about this is a good plan. That being said, you might look into learning how to lucid dream; after all, if you know it's a dream then you can manipulate the situation and turn a nightmare into a good dream! Check it out on my reference site; there are lots of forum topics on the subject of combatting nightmares. Best of luck!

  3. It's not uncommon to have dreams like that for awhile. There seems to be some concerns you have in your waking life. Like you are afraid or concern that something might go wrong with your relationships - it's normal to feel that way when we care about someone or something. Just do what is right and what you have been doing, and it should be alright. It is always good to have a good communication within a relationship for it to have a better survivability. You seems to have a good head on your shoulder. Don't worry about it, eventually you'll remember more of the good dreams than bad ones.

  4. Yes, it means there are some conflicts in your life.  There has to be something fueling these dreams and you should work to figure out what this is.  You might need the help of a Counselor to do this.  If you have had any traumas in your life (child abuse) this could be a factor and you likely need professional help.
