Always tired and blurry vision...?

also get thirsty a lot, get a lot of headaches, and sometimes when i standup things go black...does this sound like diabetes? (it runs in both sides of my family)

Yes it sounds very much like diabetes. Do you feel sluggish alot? Also- have you had your blood pressure checked? If you stand up and things go black- that could be due to high blood pressure. If you have a friend with diabetes, maybe you can use one of their strips to check your blood sugar? You should really go to the doctor ASAP, because untreated diabetes can lead to blindness, not to mention it can damage your heart and kidneys.

Yes it can be.  You should go and get your blood sugars checked out as soon as you can.   Even if it proves not to be diabtetes you may have some other underlying  issues that you need to know about.

yeah, theres a good chance you might.

and its not proven that its genetic, but my brother, my mom and i all have it so...

my suggestion is you see a doctor.
