Well, I just drank some milk and about 2 minutes after that I ran for the bathroom.. ahah but this has been happening lately now. for about 3 months?

when i realized i was having realy bad acid reflux.i had gas so bad i ran from myself.then i found out it was everything cheese was the worst.hated giving up my pizza

Sounds like it.Or alergic.I used to be that way.Only I didn't have the privalige to puke it up.I was just sick all day.Try fat free milk.

You could be.  Talk to your doctor about it.  There is a test for it, and you will know almost immediately if you are with this test.  Not because of the actual results, because you won't get those yet, but you will know it by the reaction to the test.  How do you do with other foods that contain milk?  Like cheese and chocolate?  This is definitely not a pleasant thing to have happen to you.  I'm so sorry!
