Am I doing too much?

I run 5 miles everyday and do a strength training exercise, with the exception of Sunday when i just run.

My schedule looks like this:

5 am-wake up

5:05- strength train

5:30- eat breakfast

6 am- run 1 mile (10 min mile)

7-4- school

4:30 pm- run 2 miles (10 mins each mile)

6 pm- eat dinner

8:30 pm- run 2 miles (8 mins each mile)

  1. I will start out by saying your routine sounds good but i think

    4:30 pm - Run 2 miles should be taken out.

    THEN TELL YOU TO GET A GIRLFRIEND.

    And if you do have one pencil her in cause right now  your snickers are getting more action then you.
