Am I hallucinating???

I see a little girl glowing white at the foot of my bed then my nightmers r real am i hallucinating or being haunted???

If you are dreaming then before you go to bed tell yourself out loud that you no longer want to be having this dream and the dream and the girl need to go away.

If there is a great deal of electric activity manmade and natural in the earth under your house, then you could be hallucinating expecially if you are half asleep and half awake.

If you are awake, it sounds like a haunting. Speak loud and say something like.. "Go away, you don't belong here anymore. Get out and never come back"

Then bless your room and your house with sage and holy water. Hold a bible and speak out loud telling the paranormal activity to go away.

If you're awake when you're seeing it then yes, you are hallucinating. Otherwise, you're just dreaming.
