Am i starting my period?

ok so i am getting really bad cramps and white stain on my pants am i starting my period and if so when do u think i will start it please help thanks by the way i am 12

sounds like it.get some pads now.you may want to wear one to keep from starting in your underwear.

for most women i know cramps are the worst from about 2 days before you start bleeding,till about 2 days after.mine are the worst the first day...so you will likely start soon.

Think of it this way....at least you get to deal with the first time BEFORE school starts :)

write down the day you start bleeding.write it on a calendar.then expect to bleed again roughly 28 days later...give or take a few days.every girl is different in how long they go between periods.usually between 24-32 days.keep track every month.it will help you a lot to know when its coming so you are ready!

Same with me - I am 11 turning 12 and I have been getting really bad cramps! I think we are on our way to woman-hood....

stop thinking about it. i was like you and i really wanted it to come and i was always thinking i was starting it when i had a tummy ache.

then i stopped thinking about it and it came when i least expected it!
