I started training at age 19 (2 months before I was 20) I'm 21 and I will just be starting to enter into a fight when my trainer says I am ready.

As old as you can be and still box well.

i started ametuer boxing competions at eight years old. there is one tournament (Desert Showdown) that has senior division 60 an up. it was funny watching those old people fight.

Evey one is different but if I had to put a age on it I would say 40 after that you start to slow now a lot this is the latest I would think about it I spar with guys that are 23 and I am older than 40 but let me tell you when they connect I tell my self that you are a fool because at my age now I really feel it

As long as you are fit-age is no barrier.
